• Charges will include local (Lubbock metro area) delivery, setup and pickup of equipment(s).
• Out of Area delivery, setup and pickup is available at an additional charge (pricing upon request).

SPECIAL DEALER CHARGES:

• Basic dealer charges are at published rates for 3 hour event.
• Dealer costs for events over 3 hours are charged at $65.00 per hour, per dealer, per table for Craps and Roulette; and at $45.00 per hour, per dealer, for all other games.
• Travel costs for dealers on events out of the Lubbock metro area are charged at $25.00 per hour (per 55 miles) of travel, per dealer.

CUSTOMER LIABILITIES:

• When equipment and accessory only rentals are contracted, Customer(s) are additionally liable for charge(s) on and for all item(s) not returned or that are returned with breakage, burn holes and/or other loss or damage(s) in addition to appropriately charged rental/lease costs.

RENTAL PROVISIONS:

• All prices, rates and terms are subject to change.
• Equipment availability may very during certain Holiday's and/or specific Seasonal periods.

DEPOSITS:

• A refundable deposit is required on all equipment and accessory "only" rentals.
• Deposit(s) will be returned, less charges for any loss or damage, upon the return of equipment(s) into possession of company.
• A 15% nonrefundable deposit may be required on advance party/equipment reservations.
